  • SMS delivery: text messages are delivered through Twilio, a third-party messaging provider. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
  • Hosting: the website is hosted on a private virtual server. Server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are retained briefly for security and operational purposes.
  • Legal obligations: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

4. Cookies

We use a single cookie, set by our server, to keep you logged into the customer portal. This cookie is marked Secure and HttpOnly, and is cleared when you log out or close your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)
